Agency websites. Without the agency invoice.
Most studios quote $5,000–$7,000 and six weeks. We’re two builders based in Agoura, CA who’ll make you something better — a website or a full app, hand-coded, live in about 10 days, with unlimited revisions until you actually like it.
Six thousand dollars for a five-page website.
That is the going rate, and most of it never touches your site. It pays for an account manager, a project manager, an office lease, and the commission on the person who sold it to you. We removed all four.
$7,000
- 6–12 week timeline
- 3 revision rounds, then hourly
- Discovery phase you get billed for
- Account manager between you and the work
- Often a template underneath
- Monthly retainer to change anything
$850
- Live in about a week
- Unlimited revisions, no change fees
- Scoped and priced on the first call
- You talk to the people building it
- Hand-written code, no builder
- $59/mo covers domain, hosting and edits
Things we have shipped.
Everything, and nothing extra.
The build fee covers all of it. There’s no line item for “discovery,” no separate charge for mobile, and no surprise invoice when you want the header changed.
Design
We design the whole thing before a line of code exists — type system, color, spacing, motion. Not a template with your logo dropped in.
Build
Hand-written code — a website or a full app. No Wix, no Squarespace, no page builder tax.
Copy
We'll write the words if you don't want to. Most people don't want to.
Launch & hosting
We buy the domain, put it live, wire up analytics and forms, and keep it running. The code is yours whenever you want it.
Aftercare
The $59/month. We buy the domain, pay the hosting, keep it online, and make small changes when you ask.
Call today. Live in 10 days.
Five steps, about 10days. You’re involved in two of them; we handle the rest.
- 01
Book a call
Twenty minutes. You tell us what the business does and what the site needs to accomplish. We tell you the price and the date it goes live — on that call, not in a proposal three days later.
- 02
We design it
You get a real, clickable design of your actual site — not a wireframe, not a mood board. Your copy, your images, on your phone. Usually within 24 hours of the call.
- 03
You mark it up
Tell us everything you'd change. Colors, wording, layout, the photo you hate. We rebuild it. Then you do it again. There's no revision counter and no change fee.
- 04
We build it for real
The approved design becomes hand-written code. Fast, responsive, accessible, and indexed by Google. No page builder bloat underneath.
- 05
Launch
Live on your domain with SSL, analytics, and working forms. We walk you through editing it yourself, and we stay reachable after launch.
Don't like it? Say so.
Every studio says three rounds and charges for the fourth, which is how you end up approving something you don't actually like just to avoid another invoice. We don't count rounds. Tell us what's wrong as many times as it takes, and we'll keep rebuilding it until you'd put your own name on it.
The whole price, up front.
Two numbers, and that’s the whole thing: one build fee, then $59 a month that covers the domain, the hosting and the upkeep. Quoted on the first call and fixed from then on.

We’re in high school. That’s the point.
An agency has to charge you $6,000 because an agency has an office, an account manager, and a salesperson on commission. We have a bedroom, two laptops, and tools that didn’t exist when most of those agencies wrote their price list.
We’re not cheap because the work is worse. We’re cheap because you’re not paying for any of it.

Dylan Stein
Has been selling design to local businesses since he was fourteen, which means he learned what makes a customer actually pick up the phone long before he learned to code. Now a junior, he leads design direction, writes the front end, and wires up everything behind it — payments, booking, the parts that have to actually work, not just look right. As Chief Technical Officer on an AI-driven startup team at UC Berkeley's Business Academy for Youth, he built and shipped a working product prototype that placed third against teams from across the country.
- Chief Technical Officer
- Built and led engineering on an AI-driven startup prototype. Third place, competing against teams nationwide.
- District Youth Representative
- Shapes district-wide policy affecting thousands of middle and high school students.
- Mayor's Youth Council
- Works with city officials on programs reaching 500+ local teens.
- Class President — Freshman Year
- Elected class president in ninth grade and re-elected the two years after.
Adam Reyes
The senior who asks what a page is actually supposed to do before anyone opens a design file — then usually opens it himself. Adam scopes the build, works the design direction alongside Dylan, writes every word that ships, and owns the backend — the database, the booking logic, and the integrations that make a site do something instead of just look like it does. Outside of client work he keeps a normal high schooler's list of extracurriculars; none of it slows down a client build.
Based in Agoura, CA — remote by default
We work with businesses anywhere. No office, no account manager — a call, a design link, and revisions over email until it's right.
The ones you were about to ask.
Yes, and we lead with it rather than burying it. Dylan's a junior and Adam's a senior at Agoura High School — Dylan was CTO on an AI-driven startup prototype, built alongside Adam as a team at UC Berkeley's B-BAY program, that placed third against teams from across the country. We grew up with these tools instead of learning them at thirty, we don't pay for an office, and we don't fund a sales department. That's most of the reason an agency quote is $6,000 and ours isn't. Judge us on the work: nocx.studio and this page are both ours.
Twenty minutes. One quote.
Tell us what the business does. We’ll tell you what the site should be, what it costs, and the date it goes live — before the call ends. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
